Auf der Basis von GenAi gibt es mittlerweile einige (teure, und daher kaum genutzte) Dienstplan Tools, die grafisch schön aufbereite Gantt-Charts präsentieren und KI-basierte Hinweise bzgl. potentieller Personaleinsätze geben.
Doch die manuelle Erstellung eines Dienstplanes als solche ist auch mit Hilfe solcher Tools unnötig umständlich und zeitaufwändig.
Mit mathematischer Optimierung lässt sich ein Dienstplan vollautomatisiert per Knopfdruck erstellen, sobald die Inputs des Personals (Ärzte und Pflege) vorhanden sind.
Dabei werden eine Vielzahl an Restriktionen berücksichtigt:
Urlaube, Dienstwünsche, unterschiedliche Qualifikationen, Regulatorik usw..
Der Plan kann für ein ganzes Jahr über 100 Ärzte bzw. Pflegekräfte errechnet werden, oder auf Wunsch für einzelne Monate oder bei kurzfristigen Änderungsbedarfen auch für einzelne Tage. Dabei werden stets die in der Historie getroffenen Entscheidungen berücksichtigt - ein lebendes Tool, welches nicht zusammenbricht, wenn ein Plan mit der Realität konfrontiert wird.

ERS (dynamic power transmission via overhead lines, induction coils beneath the asphalt, or conductive rails embedded in the asphalt) can benefit society in numerous ways:
- Eliminating range anxiety without relying on lithium
- Consuming electricity the moment it is generated by solar and wind power, rather than in the morning and evening.
- Less need for energy storage and certainly no additional nuclear power plants
- Lower overall energy demand and greater grid stability
- Faster rollout compared to static charging due to fewer required grid connections
- More cost-effective overall than static charging, thereby also reducing the burden on taxpayers
But: Unfortunately, Germany has historically been an unfavorable pilot country in this regard, both politically and due to its hesitant mindset. This is particularly unfortunate, as Germany is the country in Europe with the highest market potential and serves as the biggest enabler for other countries due to its central geographical location in Europe.
The analysis below shows that ERS should also be a no-brainer for investors from a financial standpoint - provided that policymakers don’t stand in the way, after failing to promote this clean solution in the first place.
